Q.
Hello, My son is 2.5 month hold ... from past one week he is refusing to drink milk on my left side and drink on the other side . But soon after bath he drinks on any side .some times he rubs his ear .... so is this anything related to ear infection?!? i double checked ...there is no ear discharge or any inflammation but just rub right ear a bit .. pediatrician please advise me on this

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. babies have preference so don't worry about it express and discard when not feeding To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Rubbing ears eyes pulling hair is very much normal in babies.
so no need to worry if your baby is active and comfortable.
Drinking milk from one side is breast preference in babies
They feel comfortable sucking from one breast. so no need to worry.
