hello my son is 2.4 years old after had nap in aftnernoon he sudenly started vomiting with nauseous..if he eats anythng even water he is vomiting. while sleeping in night he vomited... can you please tell me the reason for his sudden vomiting issue

A. Hello mom their could be many reason , so would be ideally to get her examined for the same , as could be possibly be that their is indigestion issue and also could be that if he is sleeping just after he is taking his feed could cause this issue
