hello my son is 1o year old named Guransh is so weak and ramains tired. what should I give him for weight gain and to boost immunity?

A. balanced homemade diet is the basis for good health and immunity.childs daily diet should have grains, millets. proteins like pulses/non veg, egg, nuts. seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits are important. curd, mint, turmeric, ginger can be included.

Having a lot of nutritional deficiency as the growth age sometimes kids don’t even eat properties and nutritional deficiency is very common with them to be seen I would recommend you to consult your doctor get a deficiency test done and start with necessary supplements and higher protein rich diet
