hello... my son is 14 months old and he speaks 3-4 words only.what should I do Or what kind of meal I can give to help him to speak more.

You should try to communicate more with your child which is what is going to be helpful in this case the more you communicate a more your child is going to pick up and in terms of food you should give each and every thing to the child whatever you are traditionally making at home for your entire family
