Q.

Hello My son is 14 months and weighs only 10 kg ,, I’m worried for his weight Also he isn’t walking without support yet.. just takes few steps alone and falls down n crawls He walks Mostly with support.. plz help

A. Hello mom that’s fine .. as kids by the age of 1 year they tend to triple their birth weight and then yearly they gain about 2 to 4 kgs and kids walk by the age of 16 to 18 months

A. Hello good morning!! Baby is over weight based on age didn't mention about birth weight.. Around 11-13 months start walking , stand without support. As baby is over weight it might be reason. If baby is standing or walking with support Keep practicing. Consult Paeditrician and go for thyroid tests as baby is over weight.
