Hello my son is 13month old frm past two days he is not taking food properly and also he was pooping whatever he ate in the morning afternoon by evening.. he also had nauseous and he puked some food also.. but today he pooped solid then it turned into liquid with milk solids (breastfeeding) is this indigestion or stomach flu I'm really worried... Please suggest
