Hello my son have 2 netal teeth jab vo born hua uske 15 se 20 din me nikle teeth…. Ab vo 2 sal ka ho gya vo netal teeth June 3 month me niklwa diye kyuki uski rut strong nhi thi niklne ka Dar tha.. ab vo 2 sal ka ho gya uska teeth nhi nikla ab tak vo dono Baki teeth aa gae
