Hello my son has fever and severe cough from past 5 days .. hes on antibiotics and dolo meftal p alternatively still every 4 hours fever keep rising .. what to do

A. If it has been there for five days I think it’s better to get a blood test done for your child because rapidly the fever is increasing it can either be viral or some another kind of fever like dengue malaria typhoid can also be there please check with your doctor
