there is no cough and cold. only high fever doctor. so doctor suggested meftal p 3ml thrice a day but he dint mention about how many days yo be given. so got doubt and asked.

it can be guven for 5 days . Mild cough and cold may be due to any wheather changes . Medicine should be avoided and only steam should be given to baby 2 to 4 times in a day .if cough is troublesome then asthakind LS can be given to baby 3 times in a day .
