This surgery is very common surgery for a adenoids it’s and it’s a permanent solution I am very sure that it is the last way to go ahead with and it is completely safe surgery I can tell you that because one of my friend son has also been through the same and after having a surgery you have to take certain precautions initially but I have seen tremendous good growth in every thing so I would say say say surgery go for it
