Hello My son got small rashies on his chest and back side why because I used comfort on his t-shirt for that it happened so can u suggest any cream for it.

U Use comfort for the very first time and your child got rashes are you trying to say that are you been using it but it has happened for the first time after using it that is not clear to me certain times yes you are right it could be due to the clothes and detergent that you are using so you should only use mild easy to wash the clothes of your child and as of now you can apply Cetaphil lotion on to that area
