hello...my son Aarav is 5yrs 7 months bt his weight is not gaining it's still 14 kg..pls tell me the solution to gain his weight..as it is very low side... thank you

A. hi yes it is little bit less. but don't worry ,just give Healthy, energy rich diet more. for example nuts ,dry fruits , fruits , milk and milk based products etc more
