Q.
Hello , My SIL baby is 5 months old. Now she introduced him to solid food along with breast milk. After that baby in not poop regularly. Sometimes poop watery stool. It is any food allergies?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. you have started very early it is not good for babies digestion so better stop and follow this
Till 6 months complete only breastfeeding or formula feed should be given
after completing 6 months you should start with water along with Dal water and rice water only in continuation with breast milk
after completing 7 months you should start with Semi solid food like vegetable soup for fruits purry and then slowly move on for solid food so that the babies digestion remains good
