hello, my preterm baby diagnosed with malrotation and had surgery but after 5 days post surgery bile is coming and she is not accepting feed and no stool after suppository. please help and guide

Mam currently I’m not aware about the child which I was I would highly recommend you to please visit your doctor because if the child is not taking feed that is a child is having constipation also which is despite of using suppository it’s not helping please check with your doctor
