hello. my periods day cycle 25 to 26 day every time. is month me 30 days pe periods lana hai. 4 days late hona hai. mtlab 30 days pe periods lana hai.. mere ko regestrone CR 10 mg tab 7 days before start krne ko bola hai. twice in a day lena hai. to kya ye 15 tab le sakte hai?.. uska koi body pe effect to nhi hoga ne? or isse 4 days extended ho jaege?

A. mam periods cycle of 25 days to 30 days is absolutely normal. there is no need to keep it strictly to 30 days. it is not recommended to take any tablets unless you are facing any other problem as these tablets mess with your hormones.
