Q.

hello, my milk supply is low what kind of food or supplements I should tack to increase it!! also my nipples are flat too so my baby can not latch properly so I use brest pump and feed him by bottle is it OK or not??

A. hello you can use jeera and suji ki kheer or jitna apka baby apka nipple latch krega milk supply utna hi jayda hoga.

A. you can use nipple sheild it help baby to latch plus slowley pull ur nipple and after few use you directly latch baby it should be fine. i read on google every 1hr breastpump for 15min on both side in initial 3-7 week post delivery increase milk production, you can try.. rest as others have mention supplements you can take.

A. There's no problem in using a breast pump. Start taking lactonic granules and drink as much water as you can (ideally around 4 litres a day). In addition, eat lots of green veggies.

A. Hi dear yes it is completely fine to pump and give milk to your baby. You should take proper rest and sleep as much as you can. For better milk supply have lots of green vegetables and protein rich food. And yes you can give formula milk to your baby too. I prefer Dexolac formula milk stage 1 as it has 36 vital nutrients for better immunity and digestive system.

Breast pump is able to use please go ahead with that to increase your lactation follow follow proper diet have a healthy food you were having during the time of pregnancy or before that have that have more of proteins have more of liquids and along with that you should take Shatavari powder trees in the day with warm milk it’s a good lactation supplement for you
