Q.

Hello My little one 2 years 9 months old she is active n can understand everything but can't speak still she is saying 2 letter words only like amma,thatha,dad etc.. she is unable speak her name also Iam really worried about my child why speech delay in kids. what shall I do? Shall I consult any doctor ? Is there any Ayurvedic medicine for speech delay ? Please help me..

A. there is no medicine for speech. you have to go for speech therapy at this age DEVELOPMENT by the age of 2 years the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in the sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders given by the parents and if you feel that they are not present in your child it is important to meet your pediatrician to assess the growth milestones of the child and whether there is any need of therapy or not
