hello , my kid is going to be 4 months this 17th and he is crying alot from past 2 days alot,over feeding and spitting out too.. he wakes up suddenly crying out loud.. cant make out the reason as there are no gas issues or fever or cold ...need guidance urgently to calm him down

A. no gas issues as he burping well

A. for gastric colic you can give collicaid/gastica drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed is helpful.cyclic motion of legs also relieves . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. usually in babies of 1 to 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed due to acid reflux which can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal droutps also occasionally but only under medical guidance.
