Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello good morning !! In this case physical examination is better. Consult Paeditrician /ENT specialist because causes for nose bleeding might be due to nasal problem. Or sometimes due to hitting hard item to nose cause a bleeding. Very rare case Body heat (less intake of fluids) , having more spicy food cause nose bleeding.
