Hello My kid is 3.5 yrs old . She is a Girl. On fever Doctor once recommended Fanceta Plus and once Sumol L syrup . I want to know which Syrup is best on high fever like 100+ ?

A. Hi..for any fever bettrr to guve plsin paracetomol syp.. give it in proper dose . or nay give fenceta plus syp .. do che k expiry date first before giving it
