Hello, my daughter will turn 1 this sept , she is exclusively on breastmilk , planning to wean off completely after her ist bday. Can anyone suggest how to go about? Will there be risk of indigestion or infections after that.

A. hello dear mum , the choice about feeding is yours but it is good to make an informed decision it is recommended to continue breastfeed till 2 yrs as breastmilk continues to b source of nutrition especially when child may not b eating enough due to illness which is common in this age, strengthens immunity when it is still developing
