Hello My daughter will be 4 months on 27th January She is having cold and cough since three days Doing basic home remedies i.e. steamer, mustard oil mixed with carom seeds and nasoclear drops Can I give jaiphal/nutmeg in powder form or paste form (half teaspoon)

A. hello you can put saline drop and also use instant rub from babyhug and any concern it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly which would be better and also safe and absolutely nothing to worry
