hello my daughter was suddenly stop eating food what was the reason? two days she damands only water not eating hard food what should i do please help

There Maybe some issue that your child is facing that you should get a check with your doctor because without proper assessment even I will not be able to give a proper guidance on that’s it would be good enough if you get a check with your doctor for better
