however every child is different, hence if child is happy , active, achieving all milestones no need to worry about weight. some also depends on genetics ..
some weight gaining foods which can be included with a balanced diet are potato, sweet potato, banana, ragi, nuts and oil seeds, ghee, eggs, makhana, milk and milk products like paneer and cheese, curd , lentils etc.
avoid processed and packaged foods..

Hi You have not mentioned the height of your child I’m not aware about that but the way that you mentioned is perfectly good for your four-year-old and that’s what I can tell you the way it is going to increase with time sometimes when kids at all but the structure is lean so wait like what your child is having right now is absolutely fine
