A. Hello mom some Individuals are lean as well and that is because of their metabolism , if your child is quite quite active for her age and also eating well not to worry , though give her healthy food options such as dry fruits and nuts , milk, panner , ghee , eggs , legumes such as channa , rajma etc , whole grain cereals
