A. yes kindly give her syp paracrtomol. it will help to reduce fever and give rekief from body pain. you may repeat it after 6 hours. o k.

A. try to give paracetamol every 6 hrs

A. In evening she got fever I give her paracetamol now again fever is back with more than 100
