my son had fever he is saying that stomach ache can anyone suggest home remedy for his relief

Right now what you can do is that you can take some carrom seeds add some rock salt into that and give it to the child with warm water this is going to help in reducing the gas related issues and stomach pain also but if it is not better than I think it would be good for you to consult your doctor once or give paracetamol if you have available for stomach pain
