A. give proper homemade diet to the child for height gain and weight gain wt/ht -it is very important to meet your doctor to confirm whether the weight and height of the child is within normal limits or not and if the child is suffering from any nutritional deficiency because that can lead to loss of appetite. it is important that it you have to offer different recipes and flavours made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to improve the weight and height of the child

A. hi for Healthy weight gain, feed your child on demand. feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight. offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child. give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child. add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet. give massage to your child daily maintain good hygiene
