for healthy weight gain, please feed your child on demand.
feed your child on each breast atleast 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which helps to increase your child's Weight.
in semisolid food,give starchy food like boiled potatoes,sweet potatoes ,rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apples banana etc to your child.
give massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene.
