hello... my daughter is 7.5 yrs.. she has a very small lump just under her right nipple. It's painful also... may I knw wht is it??

Without a physical assessment we cannot confirm what maybe the situation so it’s going to be better for you to have an assessment with the doctor also as you mentioned that the child is having pain there is no point waiting for understanding on its own please check with the doctor
