hello..my daughter is 5yr old.is giving dosa as morning breakfast daily is healthy? will it spike sugar levels?

A. Give her vegetable mixed chilla. No issue in dosa but better to add spinach.

A. Hello my dear parent! Do not think too much about carbs , sugar spikes, calories and all for such a small child. Dosa is a staple food. Nothing to worry. Just include More vegetables and fibre foods along with the daily meal. It’ll balance out the rest of the things. Nothing to worry. Ensure that the child is physically active as much as possible.
