Hello. My daughter is 5 years old and she is complaining about leg pain at night and in the morning. Today morning she cried due to unbearable pain in left leg. She use to jump like anything with her bouncing ball and for past two days she did jump like anything. Is it because of this,?

A. may be any def . A balanced diet containing of green leafy vegetable and fruit and good protein sources like paneer and egg or soyabeans . It is required for proper weight and height gain and also for boosting immunity and good skin and hairs . Protein powder like pediasure can be given to baby after 2 yr of age .
