A. Hello! Give your child energy dense foods at regular intervals. Give her dry fruit ladoo, fruit smoothie, cheese paratha, paneer pulao, peanut Chikki etc. Also include sprouts, leafy greens along with seasonal fruits and vegetables in her meals. Make sure she's hydrated, sleeping well and active throughout the day.
