hello ... my daughter is 5 months 20 days she is suffering from constipation from last 4 days ...today she did poop like hard , dark and stone like thing,...she is in pain she is doin formula feed.. but never suffer from this type of constipation ...what to do ...

Kep your baby well hydrated that will help alot slowly rub your baby's tummy in clockwise direction this would help also you can help baby do cycling exercisezs to baby. if still baby is uncomfortable try to give some warm compress. it may help your baby and can relax
