Hello, My daughter is 4 years 8 months old, she pees every single night on the bed, I change her pants twice at night I don't use diapers for her, what's the reason why she pees so much is there anything to do suggest me something.

So isn’t your child toilet trainer that’s not clear because by this age kids are toilet trained and they want to urinate they wake up in the night and go to the washroom so that’s not the case I would recommend you to take your child to washroom every two or three hours and avoid giving water or liquids at least one and a half hours before sleep
