If It is too much then you should consult your doctor once again otherwise little bit milk is always there for every child no matter what the gender is so whenever you giving a massage to the child is press it gently to take that Mail out slowly gradually if you keep doing it maybe within a week to 10 days time it is just going to settle down on its own only
