hello my daughter is 4 months and she is having rashes all around her thigh and the area from past 7 days. I am using rash cream and keeping it clean. what more should I do.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good morning !! Might be diaper rashes due to wetness.
Check diaper size,quality ,no leakage..
Due to tightness ,frequent urination soaks diaper or leakage cause rashes.
Change diaper every 3-4 hours ,wipe off with unscented wipes or soft cloth dipped in warm water pat dry completely before putting on other nappy or diaper.
Keep diaper free hours atleast 2-3 hours a day apply anti rash cream or coconut oil .
