hello My daughter is 4.5 yrs old and during meltdowns or tantrums when she cries it results in vomiting can anyone suggest some remedies ..or how can I overcome this situation

It’s completely normal to be seen having vomiting with kids when they are laughing out loud and sometimes they are crying so it’s normal so don’t worry about it but yes you can check with your doctor they will help you with some medicine and certain cases that you can offer to the child to reduce on vomiting hassles
