hello, my daughter is 3.10yrs old and having fever since last Sunday but fever is not removed completely still comes once in a day at least. she is not interested to eat anything and vomit most of the time whenever she eats. she is also having cough and cold. she wants banana. can I give to her? please suggest how can remove the fever and also, what can I give some tasty food?
