Q.

my son had fever last Sunday and Monday and subsided on Tuesday. Wednesday he was completely fine. Now today from afternoon he is having fever again. What can be the reason?

A. most probably it's viral fever, give him paracetamol for fever and, Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment
