Q.

Hello my daughter is 21 months old and she sleeps for about 9 to 10 hours in entire 24 hours which includes both afternoon nap and bedtime. Is this ok or she should sleep more? At night she just don’t want to go off to sleep no matter how tired she is . What should i do??

A. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for hthe child to sleep. toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.c

A. See a minimum sleep of 8 to 9 hours is considered very good at this age but if your child sleeps for 12 hours and that’s going to be rather more appropriate so if your child is going to keep that much tracks and that’s going to be good enough but if the nine hours sleep your child is taking properly then that’s also okayWrite Your Answer Here
