Q.
22 months old toddler sleeps for about 8 to 10 hours in whole day this includes her afternoon nap as well which is not normal. Please suggest.

Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months ohyf age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitatifon etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

That’s okay if your child is maintaining a minimum sleep for 10 hours also in a day then that is good enough not a problem but if your child is sleeping less than that also then it would be a problem but this kind of sleep is considered good for the child as per their ageWrite Your Answer Here
