hello, my daughter is 2 yrs old .. and she has very severe hairfall in this very small age . why does this happens..? Will there be any deficiency in her body Orr this is normal?

A. Hair fall definitely is not considered good during this small Is it could be either due to deficiency of iron in the body and sometimes it could be due to some fungal infection into the scalp of the child they could be multiple reasons for better to have an evaluation with a dermatologist on this
