Q.

Hello my daughter is 2 yr 4 months old so may i know how much dry fruits I can give my daughter currently I'm giving her 2 almond, 2 cashew , 2 walnut, 2 pista, 4 raisins so can i increase the quantity of these dry fruits.

A. quantity you are giving is perfectly fine, After gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy. Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables nuts proteins in the diet on regular basis. Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.
