Hello my daughter is 2 year nd 10 month old she put there hand on virginal me do this ,,which is on pic ... maximum time in a day ,,I can't understand why....

Just check that area for the child maybe your child is having some irritation in that area also clean it with any mild anti septic liquid by mixing some warm water and apply Boroline anti septic cream on coconut oil and still if it is happening then get a check with your doctor
