Q.

Hello my daughter is 2 year and 1 month old but she still needs milk bottle to go to bed .. sb doesn’t sleep without milk .. even if she wakes up in the midnight than again she needs milk to fall back asleep..

A. Hello mom you can try to use sipper cups, and gradually the sipper can be removed , you can also get good toddler mugs ask the child to choose, also you can give them milk before bed time

Q. My son is almost 2.5 years old but he needs a milk bottle before his afternoon nap and night sleep. Apart from these two times he does not drink milk and has water from a cup. I have tried a lot to not give him bottle before bed or give milk in a Sippy/straw cup but he just doesn’t drink it that way.
