hello my daughter is 2 year 6 mont old she is having cough and running nose her body is warm but to fevever tem is around 96/97 what should I do

A. the baby is 2 years 6 months of a if having both gold and craft you can do chest and cough syrup to the baby 2.5 ml 3 times a day and can do steam inhalation also
