Hello.. My daughter is 2 and a half yrs old.. she's quite Active and knows the poems and numbers and alphabes as well.. However she does not react to any conversation or understands any command such as pick anything from the ground she does not do.. I'm very worried about her intellectual milestone.. please help and advice me..

A. good afternoon I would request you to be patient and wait for a couple of more months before you can assess the mental milestone of the child if it does not improve try to visit a doctor for checkup
