Hello, My daughter is 2.5 years old and recently she is having diarrhoea. After eating anything she just pooped and her stomach hurts alot without pooping after poop she feels fine. please suggest me something. here is her poop image attached

Your child is having some issue with digestion which is why the stomach pains and once the child is pooping it’s normal it’s not looking like loose motions to me but this is not even looking normal so better to consult your doctor once they will advise you accordingly
