hello my daughter is 19 months old and a week before her stomach was upset so we went for check up and took 1 week to recover.now after 1 week recovery she is still facing same issue...lactose intolerance...foul smell loose stool....and she is not taking anything ...not even ORS ...I AM STRESSED PLZ HELP

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its kjinown as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose mogtions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
